Will this possibly bring any delays? I will definitely have a printout of my flights and photos/pdf ready on my phone. So I am not sure if I will be able to get my second boarding pass ready in Vancouver. I bought the ticket from Latam website, but first flight is from AirMexico then second flight from Latam Airlines.
I am arriving in terminal 2 and next flight is also in terminal 2. From your experience, how long did the international flight transfer take? From landing, including waiting in the airplane until they open the doors, walking to the immigration, lining up, and finding and arriving at the gate for the next flight.Through my research, I do not believe I need to do a Covid test to transfer in Mexico.I understand I need to go through immigration, but do I need to go through security again to check my baggage? I am only bringing a backpack and a small carry-on.I hear some people say it's enough time, but kinda tight if immigration is short staffed (which usually is during early mornings from my experience or long line ups).
I am arriving in Mexico City at 6:55AM (hopefully arriving on time) and have 2 hours (9:00AM) to my next flight to Peru. I am travelling from Vancouver, Canada -> Mexico City-> Lima, Peru on September 21st.
